With over a decade of leadership across the Caribbean insurance and financial services sectors, Shera brings a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and a track record of innovation. From leading actuarial and risk teams to overseeing reinsurance across 24 territories, she has built a career defined by forward thinking and systems transformation.

As Chief Product Officer, Shera spearheads product development and innovation across Guardian Group’s diverse portfolio. Her work is shaping how financial services evolve to meet the needs of modern economies, resilient communities, and digitally savvy customers.

Shera holds a BSc in Actuarial Science from City University London and an MSc in Applied Actuarial Science from the University of Kent. A Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, she has also served in leadership roles within the Caribbean Actuarial Association, advocating for regional growth and collaboration in the field.
