What does a thriving Virgin Islands look like in the eyes of its youth—those here at home and those watching from afar? Many young BVIslanders living abroad hold valuable, transferable skills that could help transform the territory, but are discouraged by the lack of opportunity, social engagement, and long-term quality of life. This session centers the voices of youth and diaspora returnees in an honest conversation about what’s missing, what’s possible, and what must change to build a Virgin Islands that works—for young professionals, for families, and for future generations. If we untether our imagination, what kind of territory could we create?
