Gorvey Henry is a seasoned hospitality professional known for his commitment to excellence, mentorship, and community development. With over 15 years of international experience across the United States, Caribbean, and Europe, he has been trained at top institutions including the Culinary Institute of America, Le Cordon Bleu London, and Les Roches Global Hospitality Spain. He has held roles from Executive Chef to Instructor and Consultant.

After leading the Culinary and Hospitality School at H. Lavity Stoutt Community College and running the BVI’s first boutique cake studio for a decade, he spent five years in London’s Mayfair scene. In 2024, he returned home to join the opening management team at the reimagined Peter Island Resort as Banquet Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager, where he continues to inspire the next generation of hospitality professionals while delivering world-class service and innovation.
