Jennifer Potter works at the gap between strategy and what actually happens when organisations try to deliver it. She helps leaders make sense of complexity, respond to change and turn sound decisions into practical results.

A strategic advisor and governance professional with more than two decades of experience, she has held senior executive roles in the British Virgin Islands across financial regulation and professional services, including serving as Chief Operating Officer with the financial services regulator. She has served on more than 15 boards and currently chairs and serves on commercial and non-profit boards.

Jennifer is Executive Director of the Gorda Group Ltd, a strategic advisory and ventures company, and Founder of The Signal Board, a research and business intelligence platform focused on the systems, frictions and opportunities shaping business and economic life in markets where scale, capacity and institutional conditions matter.

Her current work spans artificial intelligence, Fintech, digital transformation and organisational capacity, with a focus on how leaders and institutions adapt new ideas and technologies to real-world conditions.
