Bria Guishard is a proud native of the British Virgin Islands and an accomplished hospitality executive with a background in accounting and over a decade of experience in finance. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from H. Lavity Stoutt Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Missouri Southern State University, along with a certification in Hospitality Management and Facilities Management.

Since transitioning into hospitality in 2021 and becoming General Manager of Long Bay Beach Resort in July 2024, Bria has focused on elevating the resort through enhanced luxury service, new guest experiences and amenities, operational excellence, and strategic growth. Her leadership philosophy extends beyond revenue and financial performance, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction, team development, training, and providing employees with the resources and opportunities needed to thrive.

In addition to overseeing Long Bay Beach Resort, Bria also leads the resort’s maritime division, further expanding the property’s tourism offerings. As an accountant by training and hospitality leader by passion, she brings a unique balance of financial discipline, strategic thinking, and people-focused leadership to her role.

Outside of hospitality, Bria is a devoted mother of two and an entrepreneur.
